So far, this website that I linked to is the best tool I’ve found for converting HTML tables to Markdown tables. I was surprised that Pandoc doesn’t seem to work very well, and as mentioned, this site does work well. No website or tool seems to handle multiline source code examples inside table cells, but again, this site does the best job I’ve seen.
