The business partners sent me their buy offer spreadsheets, which are basically unchanged, and asked me to negotiate against them, telling them specifically what I want in each area. Not to be a dick about it, but I feel like I already told them that in my previous spreadsheets. What else is there to say?
I delayed for a while in replying to them, and told them internet access in the current area is hit and miss, plus by just getting this to me now they're also hitting a time where I have planned events with my friends out here, but I'll do what I can.
Oh, and they're also unwilling to share anything their business attorney has told them. I see this "sharing" is a one-way street, but I guess that's to be expected, I'm trying to sell them something, so I have to do what I have to do to make the sale, while they don't have to share anything. It's pretty safe to assume that our friendships are taking a back seat now.
I was hoping for a formal offer from them or their lawyer, but this is all I got. We could have done this ten days ago. And I thought I was supposed to be the one stalling.
