One of the Top-10 things I miss about Palmer, Alaska: Sophia’s Cafe, formerly Sophia’s KafeNeo.
Interesting tidbit: I liked Sophia’s so much, I named the theme for my online book, How I Sold My Business: A Personal Diary, after the restaurant. A fair amount of the theme was developed as I sat in their couches, drank their coffee, and worked on the book and website.
