The “next tab” command for the Mac OS X Terminal application is [Command][Shift][Right-Bracket], otherwise known as Command }. That moves you to the next tab to the right. To move left, i.e., the previous tab, use Command {. You can find these keystrokes under the Window menu of the Terminal application.
