This section lists all known currently unresolved issues.

This section is entirely new.

1. Question: Can you have two users, such as Ralph/Active and Ralph/Inactive?
   1. Answer: No (resolved 1-20-2004)
2. Multiuser mode
   1. When multiple users use the system, the system should be in multiuser mode, and security needs to be enabled, and real usernames must be used
   2. This is not going to be significantly enforced until Phase 2E, and is a potential cause for error until that time
3. Data entry validation is not detailed yet
   1. Starting folio number is assumed to be like one of the following:
      1. 1
      2. A
      3. 1A
      4. 3a
      5. A2
      6. a4
4. The database is not detailed yet
   1. This will be resolved during the week starting 1-20-2004
   2. This will not affect the bid price, but is required to enable the ability to track changes
5. Documentation format is TBD.
6. No ability to switch between single-user mode and multi-user mode is provided in Phase 2C.
7. In the "Open a Job" use case, handling the conflict between identifying one user opening the same job on multiple PCs has not been fully resolved. The agreement at this time is to do this in the most simple/straightforward way possible.
