Pure Functions: One Place The Side Door Is Okay (Scala 3 Video)

To avoid some confusion about my definition of what a pure function is — especially relating to my idea of a “side door” — in this video I share one time when it’s okay for pure functions to use the side door. However, as I note in the video, this use case really isn’t a side door, it’s more like the pure function and the data are stored in the same house.
