A smartwatch that sits up on a desk

I don’t know how this Fitbit works, but if there was a watch that I could easily take off and set on my desk like this, that would be pretty cool. I haven’t worn a watch since the 1990s, but I’d be more inclined to wear one part-time if I could easily put it on and then take it off to set on a desk like this. (Image from fastcompany.com)
