July 2, 2016: A little snow in the mountains

I noticed on a recent drive that there’s still a little bit of snow up in the Rocky Mountains here in the Boulder, Colorado area, as of July 2, 2016. We had a long, cool spring, and if I remember right, there was a lot of moisture up in the mountains during the late winter and spring.
