A lot of times when I'm using WinCVS I also need to jump over to the Windows Explorer (the file explorer, not internet explorer, although of course they are kinda-sorta the same), so I thought I'd make a note here of how to do this.
To open a Windows Explorer window from WnCVS, just press the F2 key, and the Windows Explorer should open.
If you don't like remembering magic keystrokes, you can also right-click on a file, and select the Explore option to open the Windows Explorer. If the Explore option isn't already there, just select Customize this menu from the popup window, then then look in the list of Available Commands for the Explore option. Move the Explore option to the list of Selected Commands, and after that the Explore option will be available to you.
