iTunes App Store credit card FAQ - How to create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card

iTunes App Store credit card FAQ: "Hey, I don't ever want to buy a paid app for my iPhone, and I don't ever want to buy DRM songs from the iTunes store -- is there any way I can create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card?!"

Well, until recently, the answer sure seemed like "no", but now I can say the good news is yes, you can create an iTunes App Store account without using a credit card. Here's the link from Apple's website showing how to create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card.

Note: I couldn't get this "no credit card" process to work with my existing Apple account, I had to create a new account. Fortunately I had another email address I could use.
